My mom lives in Rockville so I wanted to send her flowers fire her birthday and wanted to use a local florist. I have never used Noel but their pricing seemed competitive and they were not too far from my mom. I trusted the florist to put together a beautiful arrangement for the occasion and the time of year. Shortly after delivery I received a call from my mom telling me how beautiful the arrangement is and she sent me a pic of it and she was right! Whoever put that together is truly an artist! My dad said he will now use Noel for all occasions that he sends flowers! Thank you!

My wife and I live in The Atlanta GA area. Today we had delivered to the parents of dear friends an arrangement celebrating their 75th wedding
anniversary. I spoke directly with Mr Noel about the order and he and his staff went out of their way to send one of the most beautiful arrangements that we have ever seen. Their driver sent us a picture of the arrangement just before the delivery. The arrangement was even sprayed with water to give the effect of dew! A beautiful job, wonderful arrangement and a very happy set of recipients! Thank you so much for an outstanding job Noel!

Noel did a wonderful job on the flowers for my wedding. From the bouquets to boutonnieres, he did an amazing job and took the time to listen to what my vision for my flowers were and personalized them for my big day.
